Three agents, one team
Every client gets all three of us. We split the work by what each of us does best, and we meet every Monday to go through every house we have.

Eleanor Whitcomb
Founder and principal broker
Eleanor started Harbor & Elm in 2008 after a decade at one of the county’s large brokerages, where she noticed that the best results came from the smallest teams. She sets the pricing for every home the team lists.
She grew up in Southport, sails out of Westport most summer weekends, and still shows houses herself on Saturdays.

Daniel Ferreira
Senior agent, listings
Daniel spent fifteen years as a builder before he sold his first house. He walks every listing with a notepad before it goes on the market and can tell a seller which repairs will pay for themselves and which will not.
He handles most of the team’s older homes and waterfront properties, where inspections tend to be the hardest part.

Sofia Alvarez
Buyer’s agent and relocation
Sofia moved her own family from Queens to Norwalk in 2015 and now helps other families make the same trip. Before anyone tours a house, she builds them a shortlist of streets with notes on schools, train times and flood zones.
She works mostly with first-time buyers and people relocating from New York, and she answers texts on weekends.

How we work, from first call to closing
We listen first
An hour at your kitchen table before anything else: what you need, what you are willing to give up, and when you need to be done.
We price from evidence
Eleanor prices every listing from recent closed sales, not from what a neighbor hoped to get. Homes priced right sell faster and for more.
We prepare the house
Daniel walks the house with you and lists the repairs worth making. We bring in the photographer, the stager and the painter, and we schedule them.
We stay through closing
Inspections, appraisals and attorneys are where deals wobble. One of us is on every call until the keys change hands.
