Good questions
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, your domain’s email and DNS, backups, security updates and the small changes listed for your plan. The domain itself is registered in your name, at cost, usually $12–$20 a year.
How do I pay?
Half to start and half at launch, by card or bank transfer. Platform projects are split into three. The monthly care starts the month the site goes live.
Who owns what?
Your domain is in your name, and your words, photos and customer data are yours, always. I own the code and license it to you while you are on a plan, which is what keeps the build price low. If you leave, you take the domain and everything you made, I help you move, and you can buy the code outright for half the build price. There is no contract on the monthly plan.
I already have a domain and email.
Keep them. I connect the site to the domain you have and leave your inbox where it is, or move it to Google Workspace if you would like.
My project doesn’t fit a package.
Most don’t, exactly. The packages are where a quote starts. Tell me what you need and I will write back with a fixed price before anything is built.
Not sure which?
Tell me what the business does and where the hours go. I will say which package fits, or that you need less than you think.
