Family-owned since 2006

The short version
Ray Delgado started Ridgeline in 2006 with a pickup truck, a framing crew of three and a rule he still repeats on every job: build it so the next person who opens that wall has nothing to fix.
Twenty years on, we are eighteen people working out of a shop on Hebron Avenue in Glastonbury: designers, carpenters and project leads who do most of the work themselves. Our licensed electricians and plumbers have worked beside us for more than a decade.
Most of our jobs come from neighbors of past clients. We would like to keep it that way, so we answer the phone and we finish what we start.

Closer to home
Spring repair week
Each April the whole crew spends a week on free roof, ramp and porch repairs for older homeowners in Glastonbury and Manchester.
Trades mentoring
We host high-school construction students on our job sites and have hired four of them as apprentices since 2015.
Leftovers, not landfill
Cabinets, doors and fixtures in good shape go to local reuse centers instead of the dumpster: about 30 tons a year.
